Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans

 During the project, Compete4SECAP enabled local authorities in eight different countries to further develop their existing climate plans in line with the EU Covenant of Mayors’ SECAP framework. The collection of SECAPs below reflect the results of this work, and are shared to inspire other local authorities looking to develop a SECAP, or upgrade an existing SEAP.
